KESZÜ AND SIKLÓS SOLAR POWER PLANTS
Capacity: 12x499 kW AC és
6,8 MWp DC
Before GEI was established, in 2019 we began building our renewable energy portfolio around Pécs by constructing ten small-scale solar power plants, each with a capacity of 499 kW, selling electricity under the KÁT scheme. This was followed in 2023 by two further projects, with a capacity of 499 kW, but this time selling on the free market.
As pilot investments, these solar parks not only provided insight into the practice of decentralised energy generation and scheduling, but also laid the foundations for our professional management and operating activities, as well as creating an opportunity to gain our first experience in free-market electricity trading.
