Frequently Asked Questions
We have gathered the most important information about large-scale solar systems. Our goal is to provide quick and clear answers to questions related to investment, operation and return on investment.
The wind farms we are planning will be built in 16 settlements in the Northwestern Transdanubia region. We plan to build a total of 70 wind farm towers, in addition, underground cables will be laid and approximately 90 km of municipal roads will be renovated and expanded, road junctions will be created, and we will also build 10 production substations, 1 MAVIR switching station, and 1 400/132 kV station. According to our plans, we will start construction in 2026 with the construction of the necessary roads, and the entire investment will be completed in 2030.

Taking into account various laws and local building regulations, based on more than 26 exclusionary conditions, and based on approximately one and a half years of consultation with authorities, ministries, environmental organizations, national parks and local governments, as well as detailed surveys, we would like to receive a building permit for 70 wind power towers, organized into 10 small power plants.
According to the current regulations, wind turbines must be at least 700 meters from the residential and recreational areas of the given settlement. In addition, it is important to take into account the safety distances of roads and utilities, agricultural land protection regulations, local, county and national planning regulations, nature conservation conditions, the nature of the area as a mining and mineral deposit, its geological conditions, and archaeological sites.
We have concluded cooperation agreements with all relevant local governments according to the construction site of the wind farms and their associated electricity grid connection facilities. We actively involve and inform local governments, mayors and notaries about the licensing processes that directly affect the settlements.
We have also concluded contracts with the owners of the land for the wind farms included in the construction permit applications, which have been registered in the real estate registry by the land office.
There are many exclusionary conditions for installing wind turbines (e.g., high-quality agricultural land cannot be built on, mandatory safety distances or national park regulations must be observed, agricultural land is subject to golden crown barriers, etc.), but we are constantly examining the inclusion of additional possible areas during the planning period. If you support the installation of wind turbine towers and contribute to recording the relevant demand, or your land meets the criteria for building a wind turbine there, we will look for you!
Wind farms also benefit the local community, as local communities also benefit from wind farm investments: where wind farms are built, the affected districts can receive more tax revenue, landowners directly affected by the investment receive rent, jobs are created, and the local skilled workforce can find new job opportunities. In addition, we renovate, expand and continuously maintain the access roads to the wind farms, most of which are owned by municipalities, throughout the entire operational period of up to 30 years.
Wind turbines take up much less space than solar power plants, so almost all of the land used for their installation remains cultivable. They operate quietly and are not dangerous if properly designed and safety regulations are followed. They are installed with extreme caution in order to disturb the people living in the area, nature and the environment as little as possible. During their construction and operation, we will comply with all applicable nature and environmental protection regulations, and we will examine all possible mitigation measures in order to ensure that the wind turbines disturb the wildlife in their area as little as possible.
The wind farms we intend to build will have a mast height of 130 meters, 90-meter rotors, and a total height of 220 meters. It is important to emphasize that the turbines equipped with rotor blades with a planned radius of 90 meters operate at a much lower speed than the turbines previously installed in Hungary, which significantly reduces the noise generated by the blades.
The noise emission calculations of the wind farms we intend to build show that the noise emitted will be below the limit value beyond 350-400 meters from the wind farms, and in residential properties located beyond the 700-meter boundary measured from residential areas, it will not even approach the limit value during the night hours.
Based on international practice, it is unlikely that a wind turbine tower would fall. In order to prevent possible damage to the rotor blades and drive train, we will carry out continuous, regular inspections during operation, and we will repair even the smallest defect as soon as possible, since avoiding production losses and preventing accidents is also in the primary interest of the wind turbine owner. In addition, it is mandatory for the investment company to take out liability insurance for the commissioning and operation of power plants, so that any damage that may occur is covered.
