Most of our completed solar power plants operate under the KÁT scheme. However, we also build solar and wind power plants that operate on a market basis, because we believe that this is the more sustainable model in the long term.
We sell the electricity generated by our solar power plants in Paks and Siklós to end-users through exchange-traded arrangements and long-term power purchase agreements, known as PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) contracts, the essence of which is that companies purchase electricity directly from renewable energy producers. We also intend to sell a significant portion of the electricity generated by our wind power plant through PPA contracts. In addition, we are open to any form of cooperation in which companies wish to cover their electricity needs with sustainable energy from renewable sources.
